William Robinson, 86, the pilot of a single-engine LA4 Lake aircraft, speaks on a cell phone to the FAA after he crashed his plane into the Intracoastal Waterway in Coinjock, NC. With the exception of minor cuts and bruises, he was uninjured and allowed to return home after a short visit to the hospital.
